Personal Particulars

    1. Courses are scheduled subject to a minimum enrollment. If enrollment for a particular course does not meet the minimum, that class is cancelled or rescheduled.
    2. If DRI ANZ must cancel a class for any reason, DRI ANZ's liability is limited to the paid registration fee. DRI ANZ is not liable for any travel or lodging expenses. DRI ANZ makes every effort to notify registered participants as soon as possible if classes are cancelled.
    3. Registration applies only to the individual named on the registration form. If you want to substitute another individual from the same company, you must contact the course registrar prior to the first day of the course.
    4. If you cancel your attendance two weeks before the first day of the course, DRI ANZ will refund your registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee.
    5. No refunds will be made if cancellation request is submitted less than two weeks prior to the first day of the course.
    6. If you cannot attend, you may transfer the registration fee to a future course or substitute another individual from the same company, but you must contact the course registrar about these changes prior to the first day of the course and rescheduling must occur within twelve months of the originally scheduled course. Administrative fee of $50 applies to this as well.
    7. All cancellation/substitution requests must be made in writing.

    By registering for any training course or event organized by DRI ANZ, participants are deemed to acknowledge that the organizer reserves the permanent non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, display and show on screen any photograph on websites, photo exhibitions, trade shows, or any other media which is under the management of the organizer. In all cases where such photographs are used, the organizer reserves the right to do so without obtaining the further prior permission of the participants and without offering any further compensation in any form.
 

Verification
